The terms of access to the Website are posted prominently on the Website’s main page, and acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for using the services made available through it. If the User does not agree with the Terms of Use of the Website, they cannot use the services of the Business.

Before proceeding with the online seminar booking process, make sure you agree with the terms and conditions below, because any transaction with the Business through the Website is governed by these terms. Completing your transaction implies your acceptance of them.

1. TERMS

The Business reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update the terms and conditions for transactions made through its Website.

The Business undertakes to inform Users of any modifications, as well as any changes, through its Website. It is clarified that changes to terms do not affect reservations that have already been registered and executed.

2. PROVIDED INFORMATION & SERVICES

The Business is committed to ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the information presented on its Website.

Through the Website, the Business offers the ability to reserve a spot in live seminars, subject to payment of the relevant fee. Specifically, to complete the reservation, the User must select the Module they wish to attend (with the option to purchase a “Bundle ALL MODULES” package), and the reservation is considered confirmed only after the participation fee is paid.

All information transmitted by the User to the Business is treated as confidential, and the Business has taken all necessary measures to ensure that such information is used only to the extent necessary to provide the services offered. The Website uses the latest encryption and security certification methods, so that the User remains safe while browsing and carrying out transactions on the Website.

The Website itself is not involved in any payment method and does not store card details or any other financial data of the User. Transactions and card details, including credit or debit card numbers, are provided by the cardholder through secure banking networks, directly to the banks, and the Website is merely notified by the banking institutions as to whether or not a transaction has been successfully completed.

The Business issues and sends electronic tax documents to the User for any transactions carried out.

The Business’s Privacy Policy is readily accessible and available on the Website.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

The User is required not to use the Website to send, publish, or transmit any content that is illegal or that could unlawfully harm the Business or any third party, or violate the confidentiality or privacy of any person’s information, or violate public morals, or contain software viruses intended to cause damage to the Website.

5. PROVISION OF SERVICES – CONFIRMATION

After a reservation is entered and payment is completed, the User will receive a confirmation email, specifying the Module in which they have chosen to participate and providing information on how to participate. At that point, the relevant contract for the provision of educational services is deemed to have been formed.

In the event that a problem arises preventing completion of the transaction, you will receive a corresponding email notification.
